How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After shipping, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email us at Support@GardenCoops.com to start a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please take photos of the damage immediately and email them to Support@GardenCoops.com. Do NOT throw away the box or packaging materials. We'll work with you to get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website (FedEx or UPS).
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at Support@GardenCoops.com and we'll cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do your greenhouses come assembled?
Most greenhouses require assembly. Each product listing includes assembly information and what's included in the box. Instructions are included with every order.
Do your chicken coops come assembled?
Most chicken coops require some assembly. Hardware and instructions are included. Assembly typically takes 1-3 hours depending on the model.
