How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 12 hours or less, excluding Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. We do not ship on Sundays. Estimated delivery is 3–5 calendar days after shipment via FedEx or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. No minimum purchase required. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or internationally.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Sale items are eligible; custom or personalized products and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover any required return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting those problems after opening or testing an item. Returns are inspected and photographed on arrival before refund approval. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please take photos of the damage immediately and email them to Support@GardenCoops.com. Do NOT throw away the box or packaging materials. We'll work with you to get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website (FedEx or UPS).

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at Support@GardenCoops.com and we'll cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but eligible items can be returned under our 30-day return policy. Conditions and exclusions apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and USDC. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

Do your greenhouses come assembled?

Most greenhouses require assembly. Each product listing includes assembly information and what's included in the box. Instructions are included with every order.

Do your chicken coops come assembled?

Most chicken coops require some assembly. Hardware and instructions are included. Assembly typically takes 1-3 hours depending on the model.
